How to generate knowledge for ChatGPT from any website using GPTURER
Discover the process of generating a dataset for ChatGPT by extracting information from any website, allowing you to engage in chat conversations with the website.
1. Top up your GPTURER account with credits
Select the package that aligns with your website's size — whether small, medium, or large. Once the account is funded, proceed to the next step.
2. Generate dataset from any website
Navigate to the start page and click on "+ Scan new website" button
Inside the "Scan new website" form, input the URL of the website you intend to generate a dataset for (e.g., "https://gpturer.com"). Choose criteria for scanning, such as a single page or multiple pages with or without subdirectories. In this example, we are scanning all linked pages, including subdirectories.
Initiate the scanning process by clicking "Start scan".
If your scan is successfully submitted, you'll see the following message:
3. Download generated dataset
Once back on the start page, locate your scan job in the list with the status "processing" Depending on your website and scan criteria, dataset generation may take a minute. Once complete, the status changes to "completed" revealing a "Download" button.
Download your freshly generated dataset:
Your browser will download the dataset file.
4. Use downloaded dataset in ChatGPT
Once the JSON dataset file is downloaded, head to the ChatGPT website to create your own GPT. Utilize the generated dataset to customize your GPT.
Now, you can inquire about any data from the scanned website by posing questions to your customized GPT.
